Balance Changes
- Titan's Shroud: Cooldown lowered to 5.
- Infernal Surge / Draconic Frost King's Will: Can be diminished by Azrael's Torment and Heart Attack.
Other Changes
- Power Hour returns to its normal schedule after being permanently on for the last several months. To compensate for this change, the baseline Credits and Experience Battle Rewards for 1v1, 2v2, Juggernaut, and NPC Simulation have been doubled.
- Heartbreaker / Azrael themed PvP Drops have been replaced with the new Dage items.
- Azrael's Eye and Adjudicator's Eye: Rating points increased to 3000 from 1500.
- Sea King's Spirit, Sea King's Curse, Sea King's Venom, and Sea King's Corruption now available for sale at Thalyssa.
- Hairstyles 423-427 added.
