	Before Completion Ulysses can't get into his old workshop, eh? I happen to know that one of the guards in the Minetower is holding onto one of his more unique tools- a custom welding torch. Battle them until one of them drops it, and bring it to me. I have something I think Ulysses would find most interesting.
