long, which fortunately has allowed us to get in
with Legion hierarchy. Unfortunately, our
contact is anonymous. but, he did say he'd help
us prepare to charge the Citadel above us.
Administrator 11 supposedly holds the key to the
Heart of the Legion. If you distract him by
fighting with a friend, maybe you can get close
enough to pick his pocket for a bomb part.
