Background

The Federation Elite is an alliance that is composed of the above factions. Our goals are to help the community of Epic Duel, help support Epic Duel, and come up with new innovative things to keep the game interesting. Projects and rules are decided on at meetings that are held at scheduled times, and are voted on by all council and board members that attend. All topics must have 100% agreement before we take it live, if one member disagrees on a project then it wont happen.

Information

How factions are added to the alliance - Factions are chosen using the same voting system we use for projects, and they are selected by our council members. We use the same system that AE uses for their mods, in other words we pick new factions based on: history, actions, criteria, and community. Any faction that ask to join the Federation Elite will not be considered, asking will ruin any chance you have of joining. *We are currently not adding any factions*

Guardian Program ~ This is the main source of help toward the community, this program features many different projects of its own and will continue to grow in the future. The Guardian program is lead by xX Lotus Xx and BarnyStillPwnsYou. It is a volunteer program in which every week there will be a gathering where seasoned players will help out the newer generation of Epic Duel gamers. All Federation Elite members are welcome to contribute to the program, just PM xX Lotus Xx or Sk8r-kid on the forum if your interested. It has not been decided if this program will extend beyond the Federation Elite in terms of volunteers, but it will be something discussed in the future if enough wish to participate. *Delayed till October 5th*

Please put under the Guardian Project that the sign-ups are closed, and that the project will be fully operational by the Release of Gamma.

Forum Build Shop - Located in the General Strategy section of the forum this build shop is where the members of the Federation Elite helps players who need builds. After filling out the information needed using the give format, the Builds are then sent to the requester via PM. The (FE) Build Shop is located here!

Duel It Up Faction Battles - This project is lead by NJthug. Basically there is a forum where two factions can decide to have an open duel. The two factions then meet in the given location at a specific time and have a small tournament, the winners of the tournament must take a screen shot after they win to prove they won. The screen shot must be posted on the Duel It Up forum and then the winning faction will receive a point, each time a faction wins a tournament they will receive points which are then added up to determine the strongest factions in Epic Duel in head to head style competition. Eventually there will be a way to hold 2v2 tournaments as well. If anyone has any questions about the Duel It Up tournaments, contact NJthug via PM. *Placed on hold until further notice*

Meeting 7/11/2010
- Flath is going to join the guardian project, and is to be working on the Federation Elite Google Group.
- Semper Fidelis (Dixie Chicks) faction has been put on probation for one month, which will be discussed in the next council meeting.
- SMGS and The Swain is to be asked to work on the Federation Elite Forum.
- Dax is to be working on the Federation Elite IRC channel.
- Added BeatThemUp's alt to the Enchanted Forest, Name Is: "VampySuprise"
- Official Alliance Flag and Logo is to be worked on by members of Semper Fidelis.

-Duel It Up Faction Wars will be placed on Hold and will be respectfully dismissed till further notice

Rules

1) All faction founders and representing members must follow and respect ED/Artix Entertainement (TOS) Terms of Service.

2) All faction founders and representing members must be considerate to all players in the game. Discrimination is not allowed; not accepted.

3) Federation Elite is not a status symbol, it is a responsibility. Treat it as such.

Violation of any of these guidelines will be reviewed by the F.E. Trustees.

Any faction founder who violates any of these guidelines will be reviewed and disciplinary action will be placed. One of the following rulings will take place.

a) Limited Probation
b) temporary removal
c) permanent removal

Our goal is service for the community of Epic Duel, and we wish all players, officers and faction founders to represent the Alligned factions as model citizens of our community.
