Squire-get 40 solo wins and at least 10 more solo wins than losses/get 20 team wins and at least 5 more team wins than losses(you can not be downgraded to recruit unless you dishonor us)

Knight-get 75 solo wins,5 team wins, and at least 25 more solo wins than losses(you can not be downgraded to squire unless you dishonor us)

Dragoon-get most points in secondary class category(1 solo win=2 point, 1 team win=3 points)

Lords-get most points in respective category
